Lesson Plan Release Terms
By submitting a Lesson Plan, participants agree that Math Solutions may use (without approval from or additional compensation to participant) the Lesson Plan in any manner, including without limitation, publishing or broadcasting in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, now and in the future throughout the world, in any medium, for any purpose whatsoever and as frequently as Math Solution desires in connection with the manufacturing, sale, or promotion of Math Solutions’ business and products. Participant agrees that the Lesson Plan shall be Math Solutions’ sole property, with full right of disposition in any manner whatsoever. Participant agrees that this authorization and release does not obligate Math Solutions to use the Lesson Plan.

Participant waives any right to inspect or approve materials containing the Lesson Plan. Participant releases and discharges Math Solutions from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Lesson Plan, including without limitation claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, and/or infringement of intellectual property rights. Participant consents to the use of Participant’s name in connection with the Lesson Plan, but such use shall be limited to identifying Participant as the creator of the Lesson Plan. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of Math Solutions’ legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns.

Success Story Release Terms
By submitting a Success Story, participants agree that Math Solutions® may use (without approval from or additional compensation to participant) the Success Story in any manner, including without limitation, publishing or broadcasting in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, now and in the future throughout the world, in any medium, for any purpose whatsoever and as frequently as Math Solutions desires in connection with the manufacturing, sale, or promotion of Math Solutions business and products. Participant agrees that the Success Story shall be Math Solutions sole property, with full right of disposition in any manner whatsoever. Participant agrees that this authorization and release does not obligate Math Solutions to use the Success Story.

Participant waives any right to inspect or approve materials containing the Success Story. Participant releases and discharges Math Solutions from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Success Story, including without limitation claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, and/or infringement of intellectual property rights. Participant consents to the use of Participant’s name in connection with the Success Story, but such use shall be limited to identifying Participant as the subject of the Success Story. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of Math Solutions legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. In the event that we update or modify this Privacy Policy, we will strive to post such updates or modifications on this Website for a period of thirty days following any such modifications, and the last date this Privacy Policy was updated will be indicated as the latest Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
