Our coaches have years of in-classroom teaching and coaching experience. They are experts at helping educators plan for instruction that meets the needs of all students while maintaining the level of rigor required in today’s standards. Our coaching includes modeling strategies and methods that exemplify best practices. During observation and subsequent feedback, our coaches strive to keep the focus on the educator—to engage them as an active participant in the process and to help him or her plan effective next steps.
