Many people in communities across the country are posting objects in their windows so those out doing socially distanced walks can find the objects on scavenger hunts. My son Colton and I were out doing our own “mathenger hunt” and we recorded our findings using a tally chart with tally marks. If you are taking a walk in your neighborhood, take a tally chart along with you and try your own mathenger hunt.
